first thing, you can only see the blue msgs to summon other players if you are alive (have full hp, uncapped), maybe that's why you didn't find a coop partner (although you don't really need one for Leechmonger, as he is one of the easiest bosses)
but maybe you just were too high/ too low lvl (you can only summon players with a similar soul lvl)
the key for 2f is in 3-2, but you can only find it if you have pure white world tendency for Tower of Latria
