Moreover arguing over unknown entities such as DS and PSP piracy rates is pointless since they're unknown. If PSP attach rate is due to it being more pirated than DS, therefore this rule also should work with X360/PS3 (PS3 wasn't hacked, there're no piracy of retail games on PS3 at all), but it don't (PS3 attach rate is lower than X360 attach rate). Believe me, I live in the 2nd biggest piracy market ;)
