This gen PS3 probably will finish 3rd. Catching up will be far too difficult and resource heavy. Sony is a conglomorate, not just a gaming company. If they can keep bringing our awesome exclusives and Microsoft keep relying on 3rd party support than it might be able to swing it round near the end of this gens lifetime but definately not anytime soon and Microsoft do have exclusives of their own to boast about.
