In my opinion....
PC:The PC version looks better and has less bugs than the 360 version.
360: Better handing with controller, has very fair achievement points, and is easier to transfer saves to the next game. I'd go with the 360 version quite frankly. You can download it to your HD Via Xbox Live for $19.99.
