noone's saying the customers are stupid, I'm saying they aren't informed on everything, therefore how can their decision to buy something or not be taken as a review.  They didn't make the choice based on all the possible options, they made it with those presented to them.

Yes you are, you're saying that consumers buy based on what TV tells them, sorry but you really don't know consumers then, most consumers actually do a little looking around, they may even try something before they buy it and ask people who they consider more knowledgeable, consumers are much more informed than you believe.

 

No game reviewers base their views on what they consider gaming, on what they consider is good, not on what people actually want, which is why there is a huge disparity this gen between the market and reviewers, especially on Wii games.

This is just laughable because you're assuming that something you like is undeniably good or rather that everyone who has bought a game has enjoyed it.
