average review has the same issues, but he/she is atleast trying to look at the game's qualities within the general spectrum of gaming instead of simply going to a store and buying what he say on TV and having that count as his "review".
noone's saying the customers are stupid, I'm saying they aren't informed on everything, therefore how can their decision to buy something or not be taken as a review. They didn't make the choice based on all the possible options, they made it with those presented to them.
