@ L0ser - the review embargo was lifted this morning. I haven't played the demo yet, but will go back and compare the two (I do have it, but haven't played it.)
I got one of the last early review builds. I have noticed a wii bit of pop-in, but I was also looking for glitches to sway my thinking. The very minor ones I found weren't worth mentioning.
An awesome driving game - and a lot of cars. I even played online against a guy in a sick Corvette. I was in a Hyundai Genesis Coupe and got my doors blown OFF.
I am not sure if the guy was a tester or not - but ...
I will say this before I pen my impressions and later on my review - the vehicle AI is hilarious. I'm on easy so I can fly through it and get it done - but this one race, I was in third and the 2 AI cars ahead of me misjudged a sharp curve, drove off the track and overcorrected ...
Another thing? That rewind button is hella funny and sweet. A definite nice addition.
I look forward to playing more of it.
