It's 10AM in Japan at the moment, I understand that they usually release the information before close of business, so there isn't any direct time... i'm sure it will take a few hours after the conclusion of the fiscal meeting this afternoon for the information to flush through. I expect the NOA Press Site Financial area to update with this information within today and tomorrow, and the NCL website to update within today... so you'll probably be waiting about 6 or 7 hours Source at max.
I'm looking forward to their forecast (because this generally shows how many they will produce).
