Believe it or not the Mongols actually get a bit of a bad rap.

They were brutal to those who resisted them... but when it came to those they conquered and those who worked with them... they were actually a lot better then most empires.

For example they were religiously tollerant.

Fully granted, especially as regarding those that went into the Middle East.

But they still conquered civilazations just for the heck of it, and slaughtered any who didn't bow down and give them anything they want.

They're Bad Guys, even if they don't reach the level of Nazis.

And it really does sound like the Lillties are modelled after them, doesn't it?

They didn't conquer civilizations for the heck of it...

either way though.  My point is basically they are actually better then a lot of "warrior cultures" that are reverred. 

Like the Romans for example.
