I'm not too sure wheter revealing her name is a great idea. But there are several artists who give reference to "The Strategist".

So it's neither made by Sony or Microsoft. Headstrong/Kuju probably, they have several Wii games in development. I'd say it's a British studio though as Pit Stop is a British company.
