Damn, so SE deliberately produces items like this bundle in smaller numbers than anticipated demand in order to push their "gold" "silver" or whatever memberships, which people inevitably pay for. And if you got left out, you can pay extra for a pre-order right.
Profit maximizing, no doubt, but also shady and I wish they'd just produce more of the goddamn bundles.
