It definitely sounds like a Winner. It also sounds a lot like a mixture of an old NES game Bugs Bunny Birthday Blowout mixed with the old premise of using the Wiimote (or DS stylus) as a paintbrush. But neither of those ideas are bad at all and proved to make some of my favorite games.
