Lots of people will make the switch from PS2 to the current-gen whith GTAIV. This is a huge audience that will have to choose 360 or PS3. Most of these will, IMO, choose 360. It's cheaper, GTAIV more content and games with lots of hype like Halo3, BioShock and Gears of War, that perfectly suit the GTAIV audience, are available. Sony fans will have to accept that PS3 will probably do sub-GC numbers this gen while they had all the aces in their hands. EDIT: I'm more then willing to bet that the 360 GTAIV will not only beat PS3's version in numbers but also in attach rate. |
