People keep forgetting the fact that Sony was able to cut prices on the PS3 because of the new chipset...M$ STILL has to launch it's newer chipset, and will be able to reduce prices even further, so you couple those coming cuts, with Natal and Reach, and you've got big sales for the 360 in 2010.

Yes, they were able to save some money - but the PS3 is still losing money for Sony at $399 a pop - think about the amount of mana it is using at $299?

Yeah...I didn't say they aren't losing money on every console...but if they can sell 2-3 more games because of it...they balance it out with everything else.  The real test this holiday will be game sales...and we will know come March, after everybody has reported.
