BECAUSE THE PSP 3000 is it direct competition!!!!!! and it does more (play entire current librery) and 3000's bateries last longer , and to those saying game will be cheaper, NO THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE, becuase sony has to protect reatailers and if PSN games are cheaper retailers wont sale the psp GO becuase they make their money on salling games not hardware

If the SONY were worried about it being direct competition, they wouldn't stock it. It's clear they don't expect it to be the bulk of sales. I don't know how you can say the 3000 last longer. During gameplay the 3000 should be using more power since it has to spin a disk. I've looked at the games in the store and compared to prices at retail, they seem just fine. It's also cheaper for me because of my location.
