I'll comment on a couple of them here:

@Source: I'm not too sure how well a "pure" turn-based title would go on WiiWare. It might rock - it might not - not sure which ones are there (I need to look into it). Pokemon has shown that puzzle/turn-based games can be seriously successful.

@Rubang: Yeah, those are exactly the sort of ideas I'm wondering about. The Wii is all about immersion - so really go overboard with the controls, integrate multiple Wiimotes, Balance board (etc) - and do whatever is required to make a simple, yet incredibly immersive game. My 'gut' tells me its primarily the *hardcore* Ninty fans who use WiiWare - and they are interested in squeezing the most (experience?) out of the console.

As I mentioned, I have one idea that I really don't want to explore in the public arena - because I really do think it be perfect on the Wii (co-op, advanced motion controls, RPG, ...).

It does seem people are generally keen for either a Zelda or Mario style game (with coop) and Wii specific features.
