True that it's gonna be massive, and probably a very good game. I also think that Uncharted 2 is going to be so good, and do so well, that sales for Uncharted 2 will really surprise, even though it wasn't pushed back to avoid MW2.
The great online component makes me think that U2 is a worthy PS3 competitor to MW2 in terms of people wanting to buy it and play the shit out of the online because it's so robust. (I'm not saying U2 > MW2 PS3 in sales, though).
