I have three xbox's in my house which all get played alot, 2 are mine, one is my girls...The only xbox I had rrod was the one bought on day one.. which I just went to walmart and they gave me a new one right out of the box.. I traded out the hard drive contoller and the works...
So my experience with M$ is that as soon as mine broke I got a new one. Buying it from wal mart wasn't a bad deal because I didn't have to send anything in I just had to go and trade out..
LETS NOT TALK ABOUT IF A SONY PRODUCT BREAKS ON YOU< go buy another because sony didn't back there ps2.. thats why I went to xbox.
Atleast when M$ screws up they pay for it, 1 billion dollars worth, what did sony's ps2 do. go F ur self is what they told me...
