| JaggedSac said: Fable 2 wasn't created with challenge in mind. It was built with having fun gameplay in mind(barring the jobs). Not everything has to be a challenge to be enjoyable. I was very entertained by the game even with the lack of challenge. Because I enjoyed the controls and the little things. It wasn't a game I played for hours on end, but one I played here and there and really enjoyed what there was. Hell, I rarely find a single player game that provides me with any challenge anymore anyway. |
It's not so much challenge, it's that it renders so much of the game pointless.
why are there different monsters? why even get experience when level doesn't matter? what's the point of magic or potions?
in fallout 3 you could set it to easy if you want, but theres still a POINT to doing things in it.
fable 3 broke thegenre in a bullshit way
imagine a racing game where if you werent in first it just kept adding laps until you crossed one in first then the race was over.
thats kind of like fable 2.
worst way ive spent money on a new game this year aside from alone in the dark wii (yes im a retard and now i always read reviews first)
