Wii 10 mln. or PS3 5 mln. in Japan. Who first?

Media create numbers has PS3 at 39k.

Which brings up something that needs to be addressed: who's numbers are being used for this? I'd assume VGC but I often seen people default to Famitsu or Media Create whenever they find themselves in a situation they don't like.
