Even Nintendo had its poorest year so far for a home console. Next year I say definitely yes. 2009 was overall a year to forget for the Wii, sales wise and game wise. Not terrible, but not how it should have been. 1st place console deserves much more, but it was long forgotten this year, even by the company that makes the console. |
There were plenty of good games this year, but nothing that might have the critical appeal of a Zelda or Mario game. Punch-out and WSR were excellent games and SHOULD be nominated. But critics won't even mention them as you say.
