I believe it is a replacement game (so when Wii Fit + comes out, the original Wii Fit will no longer be sold) and as such it will sell just like the original, but with a lower start. (so anyone wanting the balance board will need to buy WF+, then there will be the Wii Fit fanbase of which many will buy the standalone version of the game too)
10 million is pretty much guaranteed.... It should be pretty easy to pass the original Wii Fit.
If I am wrong and it is not a replacement then it is still unlikely to fail 10 million. but it will likely fall short of the original game.
