well forza 2 was lower than forza 1. will forza 3 be lower than forza 2? i dont think so, with the added bonuses in game. i feel it will be about 92 - 93 ish.
what a fear most about the reviews is regarding the arcade vs Hd game, essentially if you havent got a hardrive then the game you have has far less content than the hardrive owners game.
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
