Hmm, this is pretty silly. I'm no expert on.....much of anything, but is it the whole PAL vs. NTSC thing? Does it have to do with importing tariffs? Translating the languages? The content ratings entities? Or NoE making the choice?
My End of 2008 Hardware Predictions (console only):
Wii : 50 million
360: 28 million
PS3: 24 million
