Hypothetically Speaking - What if Sega and Apple joined the console race?

Sonic is Sega's bread and butter, but they've got plenty of other top sellers.  Virtua Fighter, Condemned, Virtua Tennis, Crazy Taxi, Ready 2 Rumble, and a bunch more...
