Well, I've just asked my girlfriend for you, she is a very good doctor, she thinks that there is nothing seriously wrong with you and that you've probably just pulled your right arm in some awkward way.
So don't worry and don't freak out, the best thing is to relax and forget about it for a bit. If it still persists tomorrow then go and see a doctor, that's all.
