You can type out paragraphs of text without major mistakes... I don't think it's a stroke. My dad had a transient ischaemic attack a few weeks back (also known as a mini stroke) and he couldn't do a thing.
If you're genuinely concerned go to the hospital, plead with them if you must, but don't worry. If Slimebeast is on ask his opinion, he should have some idea of what's happening.
