N64 by far - quality comes before quantity - the N64 revolutionised gaming - the playstation had some great games (I owned both), but it had nothing at all that could compare to Mario 64, Zelda OOT, Majoras Mask and Goldeneye. On top of that you had amazing Rare games, Diddy Kong Racing gave me more fun than Gran Turismo (both great games).
The N64 controller and Mario 64/OOT changed gaming forever.
