What you said can only happen If Ps3 and Xbox360 would stay on the market for the same time. What if the PS3 would stay 1 year longer on the market or would sell 1 year longer. I think Sony wont be the first to release a new console and even if they would release a console the PS3 probably wouldnt stop selling. The year headstart doesnt matter becuase the life of a console isnt always the same. The PS2 still lives while the Xbox is dead a long long time. Especially if Sony truly follows their 10 year life span and the Xbox 360 would only stay 8 years on the market . Maybe the PS3 will win in the last 2 years the Race could the Ms Fans say that the PS3 is second because in the 8 years the Xbox stayed on the Market the PS3 never was ahead the Xbox ? In the End are only numbers that count Facts nothing else.
