I'm buying both, in fact, I am only getting the Ratchet and Clank SE, not the Uncharted 2 one.
The thing is, Uncharted 2 is going to be 95ish on GR, whereas Ratchet will be high 80's. Still amazing, but Ratchet just does not quite have Nate's level of win, or half tuck
Oh, and this game is releasing 2 weeks later
