I don't care about the former, but some might. The later would help me out tremendously. Due to living on campus, I have to pay quite a bit per megabyte, and the more I spend downloading a bjillion pictures on here the less I can spend on games.
It'd be cool if, during thread creation you could tick NSFW and 56k unfriendly checkboxes, and that would then display an icon next to the thread name. I know people can just put it in the thread title, but checkboxes would remind people, and besides, many people use titles that are too long to add stuff to
