I'm not sure about NA, but if FFXIII does better on 360 then it won't be by much, and it definetly will go PS3 in EU... So my prediction is the West also will go PS3 with this game...

This. Also C0rd if your so confident why don't you make a bet with me? FFXIII will sell more in the West in Both NA and EU within 3 months of release. Winner gets control of loser's Sig and Avatar for one week?

I'm not sure about the west in general, I definitely think the 360 will take NA though (as long as there's no problems with the 360 version). I'd bet for NA once it's clear the X360 version doesn't have any major problems.
Also, nobody said anything about WRPG's and shooters selling better on the 360. Just about everything has sold better on the 360 in NA, Japanese or not. This includes franchises that rose on the PS, like Resident Evil or Devil May Cry. It's tough to overcome a userbase twice as big.
As for Batman: Arkham Asylum, even with the PS3 extras helping the game, the 360 may still outsell it (better legs on the higher userbase console?). We'll see.
