Wow I recall a lot of people predicting this selling only a little bit better than ES hell some were saying it would sell worse....Yeah I'm just going to say this. The game should have been a PS3 exclusive or Multiplat from Day 1. It would have sold much better. I also expect this to spike up into the top 10 during a week in Oct due to the ToV movie releasing that month.

Im also going to say that FFXIII will sell better on the PS3 in Europe and North America. Yeah I said it Quote Me On It Bitches!!!!

Unless the 360 version of FFXIII is vastly inferior to the PS3's, that isn't happening.

The NA is 360's region. Hell, I think the 360 may be able to take the west overall.

As for the topic, not much of a surprise. Userbase.

Just because every WRPG and shooter sold better on the 360 doesn't mean a JRPG will, remember, this is the 1st time a JRPG is released in equal conditions on both platforms in the West (And imagine that, it's FF, a franchise that rised on the PS in the west)... And remember, the game comes out 2010, userbases will be different, who knows how much the PS3 will be near 360 in NA, and it probably will outsell the 360 in Europe, like it did in 2008 before the 360 price cut...

I'm not sure about NA, but if FFXIII does better on 360 then it won't be by much, and it definetly will go PS3 in EU... So my prediction is the West also will go PS3 with this game...

This. Also C0rd if your so confident why don't you make a bet with me? FFXIII will sell more in the West in Both NA and EU within 3 months of release. Winner gets control of loser's Sig and Avatar for one week?

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi
