That "new" interview vid was from Gamescon. This was like weeks ago. Gametrailers was putting it up just now.
Anyhow, there have been several other news posts on GoNintendo where Infinity Ward guys say that the Wii version is "really good".

This game just wont be bad if it is a direct port of MW. I think peeps on the internet are just anxious to see the game being played with a WiiMote.
