Well i knew this was going to happen.
The author clearly states that he is making a judgement based on the demos available on the show floor and not the final versions; he's giving impressions not a final review.
I agree that in everything i have seen so far GT5 looks better but he points out the GT5's scenery doesn't hold up to close scrutiny. I can't say because i haven't played either game but is it possible he's got a valid point?
Given that the Gran Turismo series has an average Metacritic rating of 93% (across the four main games) and Forza has an average rating of 91% i don't think it's that surprising that ONE journalist prefers Forza 3 over GT5.
