I pretty sure that the NFL's contract with EA requires EA to put Madden on all systems, so it would not be exclusive to EA's hypothetical console.

I don't have access to the contract but, there's this:

Pachter's predictions are generally awful, but he does have information that we don't.  Besides, I'm not the only person who says that about EA's contract.  There are plenty of others who have heard the same thing.
