Looking at the last few weeks sales i would say the Ps3 and Xbox360 price cuts have eaten into Wii sales a little. I believe some people have bought a PS3 or Xbox360 over the Wii. It has to do with the public's perceived value of aproduct. If the PS3 is seen as 50£/$ dearer than the Wii with all its features then i find it as no surprise that some people chose it over Wii. Marketing obviously plays a part too.

In my opinion the N64 was not just the best console of the 5th gen but, to this day the best console ever created!
