Thank you.  Operating a chop shop is usually a bad thing and grand theft sounds really bad.  Stealing property, especially expensive physical property is a bad thing to do.  However, owning a gun, drug paraphernalia, pot and speed is no big deal.  It sounds like both the cops (the ones which interacted with the dealer) and the dealer have a history of doing bad things.
