IDK, apathy isn't a good thing, but I guess it could help in your case. Is there a jerk in school? Who cares, ignore and avoid him. Something negative going on in your life? Fine, it's no concern to you.  Accept the world sucks and be like jello or rubber, where if anything comes to roll over you, just conform and adjust to it until it passes.

But don't just be completely apathetic... change what you can and be strong where it matters. Talking back to a dumbass is wasted energy, focusing on the things you love and things for your well being in future is energy spent well. Don't waste time getting frusturated, and use that time and energy to better your life.

So drawing is good, hurting is bad, breaking is bad (and for your parents who pay for it), throwing is bad, talking back is a waste...

As for me, I'll just mutter to myself maybe, open the window and smell the air, drink some hot green tea, pop a Tylenol, put on some music, let whatever depressing frusturation I have out (mutter, curse, pity myself), and once I get over it, I go on with my life.

 

 

Redirect your energy and passion to good things, and none to bad things.
