How about limited video uploading? Only for user made vlogs? They should be watched by a mod first, and maybe released every week on one day to give them all the attention they need (if it was random then it'll be too much to keep track and people won't spend the effort). Fuck, while fanboy posts and threads might not get attention, a fanboy video may XD It'll also really enhance the sense of community and interactivity with the stie.
