I dont think this sale was wrong in any way, the mario party 8 give away thing is even a good move, because if the auction went that high and he wasnt giving away the game, that would have been profit, so in giving it away its a free game. If the price had gone that high, it would have been in a regular bidding, not buy it now, so the price would have been set by the market.
