Will a Wii price cut send it over 50% market share before Christmas?

The only price increase there has been was in UK as far as I know, and even then it's doubtful that retailers actually increased the price (eating the difference instead).

 

I am not talking about Nintendo increasing the price, but Retailers doing so with expensive bundles. The Wii prices were sometimes higher than the PS3 last holiday.

So you're saying that prices are increasing while demand is dropping... in what way does that mean that price is irrelevant?

If anything, it looks more like you're supporting the opposite.

 

no, I am saying the 249 price was never an issue in the past because retailers found ways to raised it with stupid bundles, now demand is not there as much, i dunno if 199 will make a difference.
