I would agree that I should pay if I technically did something wrong. If I had really gone and done digging or actually even spammed his Ebay account and bragged about it here then yeah, that would be bad. But since I didn't technically do anything wrong (the same technically he didn't do anything wrong) and only did one quick search and found the first auction, there's nothing wrong with that.

Remember, he's the one that posted his Ebay auction subject and actually put his email in his auction.
