I really don't see the sales of FFXIII being that high on the 360... maybe about 3 million or so but not as close to the PS3 version as this prediction! PS3 will 'win' in the EU (obviously Japan since no 360 version is planned) and will sell equal in the states, if not slightly more on the 360 (purely due to userbase)
