Speaking of upcoming million sellers, I think it would be interesting to see each console's potential for adding more million sellers for this holiday season (or the rest of 2009). I've been looking at the Wii's upcoming library and close million sellers and this is what might come to be:

Definite Million Sellers:

Sonic Unleashed (990,000): No brainer for sure... even without a holiday lineup NA and EU legs would carry it past 1 million.

Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour (990,000): Another no brainer. Holiday legs will push it through.

Game Party 2 (980,000): Holiday legs to the rescue!

FIFA 08 (980,000): Seeing the fantastic legs of PES 2008, FIFA should also pass the million mark this year.

Wii Fit Plus (NA): *Watches Wii Fit sales* Yep, this'll be huge...

New Super Mario Bros. Wii (NA): This can easily pass the million mark on week one... and if not... well, there's always week two.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (NA): This is another easy one... I mean, it's Mario & Sonic... with BB support!

The Beatles: Rock Band (280,000): A great start... and it's not even the holiday buying period yet. Even if things slow down initially, holiday sales will definitely push it past a million.

Guitar Hero 5 (220,000): Sales were surprisingly low for its second week, but looking at past Wii GH games and their legs, I see this game past 1 million easy.

Maybe...

Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party (998,000): Well, there's already a sequel out, but this game keeps selling at a slow but steady pace. I think it can make it this year.

Boom Blox (970,000): Haven't been keeping track of this one, but it seems to be selling well despite a sequel that's already out.

New Play Control: Mario Power Tennis (900,000): EU is eating this game up, and it's been selling pretty consistantly. Maybe holiday sales will push it past the million mark.

Rabbids Go Home (NA): The three previous games have sold over a million each, but this is a whole new genre. We'll see if the same audience will buy it up.

That's all in my noggin', so I'm probably missing a couple of titles. Still, this would be an interesting thread to have throughout the holiday season. I'd love to see it happen.

Heck, if you don't want to I could even do it... but right now I have to go to work.
