In japan for sure it will without a doubt no questions asked.
World Wide? Maybe, and if it does it'll be one of those "In the end my D*cks half an inch bigger then j00er'z!!!1" kinda thing.
In conclusion, if it does outsell the 360 version when all is said and done it'll be by a laughable amount that know one will care. though doubtful its possible.
