It's possible, but highly unlikely. The ps3 has a larger hack n' slash fanbase than the 360, as shown through the sales of Devil May Cry 4 and Heavenly Sword. DMC4 sold better on ps3, and Heavenly Sword is the best selling hack n' slash title this gen. God of War III will only help the ps3's hack n' slash fanbase grow. As a result, any hack n' slash game should theoretically sell better on ps3.
However, NGSII is a late port. A very late port, and I doubt many multiplat owners will be willing to double dip. I don't see the ps3 version topping 800k. Probably not even 500k, to be honest.
