Flop is the wrong word but I don't think it will sell a million and it definitely won't make money.

Which begs the question, was it all worth it?

If it's a good game, could be for the studio that made it at least.  If it turns out well they won't have their most recent game as a huge seller but their most recent will be a good game which means more publishers will want to talk to them.
