Interesting. I haven't been following this game much at all (the only Unreal game I played was the original), and thought it was one of those shooters that were clearly built with great technology, but look like complete ass due to a colour palette consisting entirely of grey, brown and gunfire.
This article got my hopes up by describing the scenery in an actually interesting manner, and letting me know there's actually a promising single-player mode. I'm not sure at all what "an extensive, deep and compelling single-player campaign" counts for these days, but it could be good. Beating Halo in this regard shouldn't be to hard, and I hope they're not setting their goals that low.
