It has an on screen polygon count limit that the PS1, Saturn, and the N64 didn't have. So draw distance can only be so far, even if the polygons in the total level are really high. |
I heard something about that. It's certainly possible that COP is hitting that problem. Though there could be other techniques to hide that. less models on screen at a time and more billboards. Then again extra billboards means more ram.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
